The Story of Amanda G Design

I’m Amanda Garrity — designer, creative, and the heart behind Amanda G Design, LLC!

I’ve always been drawn to bringing ideas to life, starting with traditional studio art and eventually discovering my love for graphic design in college. After graduating from Marist College in 2018 with a degree in Studio Art and a minor in Graphic Design, I began my career in New York, building a foundation in design while refining my style and process.

In 2020, I launched @amandag.design on Instagram to share my work not knowing it would connect me to such an inspiring community. That little spark grew into Amanda G Design, LLC, where I first sold my art as graphic sweatshirts, prints, and more, handling every step myself from printing to packaging. It was a labor of love that taught me the power of personal, thoughtful details.

In 2022, I pressed pause on AGD to take on an operations role managing custom apparel production, overseeing everything from order entry to design proofs to the production schedule. That experience deepened my understanding of how creativity and logistics work hand-in-hand to bring a vision to life.

By 2024, I was ready to return to AGD with a fresh perspective. Now, my work combines the best of both worlds: timeless art and modern design for events and brands. With AG Design Studio, I create custom invitations, signage, apparel, and one-of-a-kind pieces for celebrations along with branding and design solutions that help businesses tell their story beautifully.
