Shipping Policy

All orders are made-to-order and fulfilled by our trusted printing partners, Printful and Printify. This allows us to offer unique, customized designs for your special occasions.

Processing Time:

  • Orders typically take 2–7 business days to be printed and prepared for shipment.

  • Processing times may vary depending on the product type and order volume.

Shipping Time:

  • Standard shipping within the United States generally takes 3–7 business days after your order has been processed.

  • International orders may take 1–4 weeks depending on the destination and customs processing.

Please note: Shipping times are estimates and may be impacted by factors outside our control, such as postal delays or seasonal demand.

Returns & Exchanges
Because each item is made-to-order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless your item arrives defective or damaged.

If your order arrives with an issue, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at amandagarritydesign@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

We will review your claim and, if approved, arrange for a replacement at no additional cost to you.

Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders can only be modified or canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this time, production will have begun, and changes are not possible.

Lost or Delayed Packages
If your tracking information shows that your order has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered, but we’ll do our best to help you resolve the situation.
